Here's how it works:

 

Step 1:

Pick the winner of each Region (1-16) and put them in this format:

Step #2:

Pick Tiebreaker #1 -

 

In case of a tie, Tiebreaker #1 will be picking the region who's championship game will have the highest combined score. You don't have to pick the highest overall just the highest of the members you are tied with. (EXAMPLE TIEBREAKER #1: Region #1)

Step #3:

Pick Tiebreaker #2 -

 

In case of a tie after the scores for Tiebreaker #1 are calculated, Tiebreaker #2 will be picking the region who's championship game will have the lowest combined score. Again, you don't have to pick the lowest overall just the highest of the members you are tied with. (EXAMPLE TIEBREAKER #2: Region #2)

 

 

Step #4:

Understand Tiebreaker #3-

 

In case of a tie after the scores for Tiebreaker #2 are calculated, Tiebreaker #3 will be the time of your post, so get your predictions in early!
