February 13, 201412 yr What do you like about U-Verse? Customer service is way better. I can easily get someone on the phone. I used to sit on hold with Time Warner for at least 20 minutes every time. The DVR they give you has a lot more capacity. As a guy who DVRs a lot of movies and sports, that's a big deal. The internet speeds have been way better. In my last month with Time Warner, there was just no point in even trying to stream Netflix between 7 and 9 pm. And in the end, I'm getting all the same stuff I got before and more for about 40 bucks less per month.
