Dinner: what did you have?

I'd thaw and heat them first. But that's just personal preference on my part. It would be a boring old world if everybody was the same.

I do something similar. I separate the meat portion from the top and bottom bun and put the meat in the oven at 250. Once the meat is about done I throw the buns in to give them a slight crisp. It took a few attempts but I figured out how to heat them without nuking them lol.

I served the lord tonight. Worked the deep fryers at St Mary's. Nibbled on many deep fried tasties. Catfish, Cod, poppers, fries, shrimp, pickles, blooming onions and dropped in a little yellow fin tuna a buddy had caught earlier this year. All of it was yummy!

Not sure what I will have for supper tonight. I fixed a big breakfast of biscuits, sausage, gravy and hashbrowns. Men are going to the UK game today and then to Spindletop for a UK get together and dinner, so it will be just me to cook for.

The menu for the Friday First Pitch Buffet at the USF Baseball/Softball complex...

Chicken Kabobs

Fried Catfish

Cole Slaw

Steamed Vegetable Medley

Cheese Grits

Fried Hush Puppies

Garlic Bread

Assorted Cookies

Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, Pink Lemonade, Water

Beer and Wine

I ate the catfish, chicken, and the veggies. Those cheese grits looked really good, though.

I had to partake in the beer and Mrs. S the wine, as we do every Friday night. It comes with the buffet. All you can drink.

That's the problem with todays culture of entitlement.....TOO MANY CHOICES: I kid, I kid and know that USF is fortunate to have you for a diplomat of PR! :thumb:
