January 9, 201412 yr * - From what I was told (ironically enough, Joe B. Hall will back this up).....mid season, in Atlanta there were two players he wanted to suspend, and discipline (I know, shocker), and management said 'no dice'......then the Vick mess came down. Management demanded he play the two. He said no. Immediately they severed ties, and escorted him out of their complex. No goodbye to players, etc.... Now, is that story true? Don't know. I know he wouldn't mention it, as in the fraternity, he'd be blackballed from any future employment. I am told, that Joe B. told this story, today, on the Joe B. and Denny show.....not sure, I didn't hear it. But, it's vastly different that what we've been told. Just as Jurich told us that Charlie was on the up and up about his departure......which is definitely false.
