January 3, 201412 yr ^ I really didn't think McCarron played all that bad. He completed nearly 2/3 of his passing attempts and threw for almost 400 yards. It wasn't his fault he spent the entire second half running for his life.
January 3, 201412 yr McCarron passed for 300 yards in the first half, hard to say it was his worst game. Saban got outcoached for the second game in a row. They were moving the ball great on the ground yet kept trying to throw it and subject AJ to the pass rush.
January 3, 201412 yr Awful Announcing @awulannouncing And that is the end of Katherine Webb's college football career. What a journey it's been. To quote one of m friends' Facebook posts: "Am I a jerk if the shocked look on Katherine Webb's face after her boyfriend fumbled made me smile/laugh hysterically? ...did he fumble or did his plane crash?"
January 3, 201412 yr Very surprised by this! It was not like Oklahoma just won, but from halfway point of the 2nd quarter they basically dominated the game. I know I didn't see that coming at all. That QB for Oklahoma was awesome, makes you wonder why the heck they were not starting him all year long.
January 3, 201412 yr Lets hope the Stoop brothers share more coaching insights over the course of the offseason . Congrats to the Sooners on an impressive Sugar Bowl win. They do play good football in more than just one conference in the land!
January 4, 201412 yr The thing about the Bama backs is first you had Yeldon, then you had Drake (remember, UK?) and now Henry. What happened to the first two? Did they get demoted for one reason or another? Bama perhaps should've run all night long.
January 4, 201412 yr The Henry kid for Alabama, as HT tweeted last night, is going to be a stud. Can't believe he is only a freshman.
January 4, 201412 yr The Henry kid for Alabama, as HT tweeted last night, is going to be a stud. Name the last Alabama running back that wasn't a stud. 'Bama has backs like the U did back in the late 90's and early 2000's.
January 4, 201412 yr Turnovers killed Bama. It's really what beat them. The fumble on about the 10 yard line that was recovered and run back to almost mid-field by the Sooners was a biggie. Oklahoma scored just a few plays later. What appeared to be another touchdown for Bama turned out to be the start of another touchdown for the Sooners. And then the interceptions didn't help either. But Oklahoma kept the Bama QB scrambling quite a bit and have to be credited with forcing Alabama into mistakes.

Tell your friend the answer to his question is yes. That's something you see multiple times every game.

Looks good for next year in Norman.
