On a side note to the Cov Cath faithful. I want to say thank you from the bottom of heart to some of your fans.. Some of you saw my little brother standing in the line at the game in his army uniform and paid his way into the game.. He told me about it with a smile on his face.. I hope whoever it was reads this and I hope u know that you made a soldiers day. Thank you once again

Walked into Turners in HHS gear and was told I was in the wrong county to wear that outfit LOL! It is playoff time and the Blueboys roll in and all is right in the world! Can't wait until Friday night!!

 

I will be at Highlands Middle School for a basketball game tomorrow night. My son said he is wearing his CCH sweatshirt and he told me I should wear mine. I hope we make it out alive. LOL

Will this game be competitive enough to justify a 4 hr drive to watch. I would hope that the Cov. Cath team I saw Friday night will make a game of it but it also makes me wanna see just how good Highlands is. Good luck to both teams.

I always said it's like playing a real football game in some kid's side yard -- very tight quarters on all sides, with the stands literally right on top of the visitors' bench. Just the fun that happens on the JumBirdtron is worth the trip.

Mud Bowl game was like the two whole neighborhoods were crammed into someone side yard.

HHS is good. They are really good with all the defensive starters healthy. That said,

 

this is CovCath week. Something about playing the Colonels that makes even the most confident fans a little uneasy. The Colonels play hard, they play smart, and when they are healthy they are a very tough out.

Exactly! Some want to say on BGP what has CCH done to earn that respect. Fighting injuries they made it and now healthy you always have to be concerned. They make you earn the AGAIN on the back of a t-shirt. Count me as a little uneasy but I will not miss this one. Is it Friday
