I'm not ashamed to say that Alabama Larry touched my life in a unique way and continues to do so. I still feel his presence and continue to sport the Crimson Tide avatar, not because I am a huge Alabama fan, but because it makes me remember him.

A very good point and with the way that I change avatars...the Bama / AL tribute will show up on my post from time to time......and that is from an OSU Football fan that needs either FSU or Bama or both to lose a game, lol. So here ya' go.

They're my #2 until my team goes down but I will certainly wish AL Jr. the best. Really is awesome to see this.

Awesome, just awesome. I know AL had a smile, and bet momma had a tear. Just a truly special event. I remember AL asking for kicking camps and coaches to contact to teach his son to kick. We all gave him some advise on who to see and what camps to send his son to. Looks like that work and effort on Larry's part is paying off.
