November 9, 201312 yr After seeing how a lot of games have unfolded and other things, my top five goes as: 1. Alabama 2. Florida State 3. Baylor 4. Ohio State 5. Stanford Earlier in the season, I thought the Big 12 would be really bad; as the season has went on, it is definitely better than the B1G overall as a conference. Regardless, I don't see anyone jumping Florida State to play for the national title if they run the table. The BCS rankings may be very interesting depending on how the rest of the weekend goes. How do you see it?
November 9, 201312 yr Author It's beginning to look like it is too bad that the playoff did not start during this season.
November 9, 201312 yr Bama FSU I am fine having those 1-2. After that I believe 3-10 are about the same.
November 9, 201312 yr 1. Alabama 2. Florida State 3. Alabama's 2nd string 4. Ohio State 5. Stanford You wouldn't put Baylor in the top 5? I am not sure if they played OSU I would put money on Baylor over OSU.
November 9, 201312 yr If all were to win out the rest of the season, my ending Top 5 going into the bowls would be... 1.Alabama 2.Florida State 3.Ohio State 4.Baylor 5.Stanford
November 9, 201312 yr 1. Florida State 2. Baylor 3. Ohio State 4. Stanford 5. Clemson Geaux Bayou Bengals!!!
November 10, 201312 yr I was obviously wrong, too many mistakes by the tigers to win this game. Against a team like Alabama you need to play a good game. I think for some it doesn't necessarily take a flawless game, but you need to take advantage of opportunities. Fumbling that ball as they did on the Alabama 1 in the first quarter was a bad omen. Just can't throw points away against them.
November 10, 201312 yr It's incredible to me that Florida State is about to have their highest ranking since Wide Right III (2000).
