Someone in the know...unless it is someone involved with either group or the police, I wouldn't believe what you hear. I've heard stuff too and there are a ton of rumors going around. Everyone wants to think they know WHY it happened but very few have the FACTS (myself included and I have been talking to A LOT of people who also claim to know what they're talking about. I'm only listening to one but with very good reason). Hell, the police don't even have all of the facts yet.

Trust me, it is someone in the know! Unless you are trying to paint Peterson as a Saint, I would say read Clyde's last post over, and over and over, and then read it some more. Stuff like this doesn't happen to people that are "good kids". Also, many times the police say they have no clues when in fact they pretty much know what happened, and are just waiting, and watching.

If he committed a crime prior to this, then his murder is nothing like Petey's. Petey did nothing but try to get a person to stop shooting at people. I sure hope that this was random, as sick as it is to hope for something like that.

Im curious, why would you hope this was random? I would think that if there was a purpose for the murder such as ticking off the wrong people, it would not be as bad or unsafe as a random act?

I'm not painting him as a saint. I know he was involved with some stuff he shouldn't have been involved with. I do know he was a quiet kid though and wasn't one to bring attention to himself with what he was doing. ()Good or bad. I'm also not doubting what you hear.

 

I will say that the truth will come out in court as to why. Confident in that. The police probably do have a lot of the facts and are watching...which is why several more arrests could be made.

 

My point is...so few people have all of the facts, its tough to believe all of what you hear.

I don't know what's true and what's not true but I think you have to have your head in ground if you think this was just a random shooting. Desean was IMO involved in something he shouldn't have been and paid the price. No one deserves to die like this but if you put yourself in situations with people like the 6 arrested you're playing with fire.

 

 

We're going to hear "oh he was such a good boy" and "oh he was on the right path." We always hear that when someone is killed like this. It's often not true. Call me a horse's rear end if you like but I don't buy it. Sad, sad, sad.

 

Sadly this is usually the case.

First, I didn't know Sean but anytime a young life is lost is a tragedy. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

 

Second, (and this may sound odd) I hope they catch the ones who did this and if they are the six that were arrested then the punishment they get is deserved. However, in reading the article Lawnboy posted, one of the names of the accused came as a shock to me. I personally know one of them and to say this would be out of character for him would be an understatement (from my interactions with him). That said, some people make bad decisions and if he is one that did, then the legal system will take care of it. I would have been following the case throughout but now I will be following closer to see what details come out.

A total of 9 have been.arrested and I know who the 16 yr old is that was involved. I am in absolute shock and when the name is released, a lot who know him will be in.shock as well. The involvement of the 16 yr old honestly hurts me because I did a lot to help him and know that this isn't his personality. Straight A student. Good home life. Parents care. This just keeps getting worse.

It just blows me away how now a days people just pull out guns and start shooting. Back in the day if you had a problem with someone one you confronted them and you got in a fist fight. Now they just shoot you... It all makes you sick to your stomach. Senseless!!!

It amazes me, as well as being sad, that people like the 8th person arrested this afternoon, would have a smile or grin during their mug shot while facing these serious charges. Was it realty worth it?
