Randy Parker
Heck, in the "Ginger vs. Mary-Ann" debate, I kinda had a thing for Mrs. Howell. :lol2::lol2:
CincySportsFan
Et tu? Papa's way too daggone old. Heck, in the "Ginger vs. Mary-Ann" debate, I kinda had a thing for Mrs. Howell. Just got some weird looks by my co-workers, as I literally laughed out loud on this. :lol2:
mcpapa
Just got some weird looks by my co-workers, as I literally laughed out loud on this. :lol2: I've been retired almost five years now, but the balancing of BGP and work responsibilities was an ongoing challenge back in the day. Pi
Papa's not a Saved By The Bell fan? I'm crushed. :lol2: I figured you would appreciate the reference!
HammerTime
Just for the records Saved by the Bell is a great show. Very cool commercial.
theguru
Saw it last night on MNF and thought it was very good. Guinness isn't my favorite but I may raise one or two since I like the ad. Exactly my thoughts.
gchs_uk9
Weirdly enough, it reminds me of that episode of Saved By The Bell where Zack and Co. organize a wheelchair game because of the girl in a wheelchair. So I always worry that it's going to end badly for these guys like it did for Zack. (He just looked like a jerk) You're flirting with the loss of man-card privileges. Really, really close. I'm guessing Pi to be about 35 years old. And if you are that age, you grew up on Saved By The Bell and couldn't avoid it, which means you also know nearly every episode by heart. So go ahead and toss that man-card to the wind, Pi...mine is right there with you!
Birdsfan
That was cool. And no, I didn't see that coming either.
OlDog75
Great commercial. Guinness.......it's not just for breakfast! Nothing better than a steak and a pint of Guinness or two, three, four, etc.

theguru
Speaking of Guinness, how good is it? What does it compare to?
OlDog75
Speaking of Guinness, how good is it? What does it compare to? It's a stout. I guess you could say it might be like a strong Bass Ale, maybe mixed with strong coffee. It's rather bitter. Definitely an acquired taste but I love it. OlDog75
Oh, and Guinness has about 10 more calories than Bud Light.
