Birds will need the STUDENT BODY out in FORCE !! Be there EARLY and LOUD !! Let's see the FOOTBALLERS return some SUPPORT !! GO BIRDS!!!!

I think Highlands will win this one at home in a close game.

I've been waiting for this game since we took one from cov cath at their place, LETS GO BRDS!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I would have to go with Holmes in this one. Holmes 78

Highlands 70

I would have to go with size and strength of Birds in a tight game. The crowd will be a factor.....HHS 78 - Holmes- 73 Vories 27 pts.....

This game means nothing to be honest.... it is just the start of a grueling final 5 games for the Birds......Brossart on friday.., PC later this month... etc.

If they score 150 points total in this game, I wouldn't want to be in Willie's practice the next day?? :D I see a very close game, and wouldn't be surprised to see the 'Birds pull it out; but doubt it will even see the sixties, even as much as Holmes likes to run!!

Is this Jefferson kid from Holmes the same one who is being recruited in football?

He is their Qb.

It is hard to keep these guys out of the 60's. Jefferson just gets the ball and goes down the court like a rocket.

Holmes- 68

Highlands- 61

Also I know a year has passed. But remeber basically the same teams played last year, and Holmes won, and didn't just win, blew the Bluebirds out of the gym.

One huge difference. Holmes has gotten a bit softer inside without Lexie.

True. I still think if Ben G isn't controlled by the refs, it could get ugly quick in this game. Rice doesn't have the most self control.

I still think Vorihees is going to have to do a whole lot offensively for them to win.

a lot of talk about Vories. He is an awesome player but he didn't win 18 games by himself. He can make things happen if his team is there with him. Look at the game against Bryan Station - 21 points from Tanner, 17 points from Guidugli, Mcgraw had 4 and Smith had 2 and was out with a concussion before half.

No one seems to give any credit to Johnson, Guidugli, Smith, Hudepohl, and Eaton for helping Vories look so good. I MHO, there are a lot of screens set to help out Vories. Again no disrespect to Jeff V, but let's now overlook the other 7 that are making big contributions to this team.
