September 13, 201313 yr IMO, this was a better decision for him as a player/prospect than UCLA. Personally, I think Alford is overrated as a coach in many senses and that his son being on the roster wasn't as favorable to Snider as a product than what Illinois/Groce could offer. To me, the most logical schools he could have chosen were Illinois or Minnesota. If we're talking Minny, I think Pitino, Jr. starting a foundation with him there as one of the better prospects in that class when considering that Q was committed to Louisville, which happens to be the defending National Champion. Best of luck to you Q, unless, of course, you are playing UK In all seriousness, he's a good player to have on your team any year in his development.
September 13, 201313 yr He was the point guard with Allan Houston, wasn't he? Could've been but I can't remember. My gut tells me though he was later than Allan. I think he might have transferred to WKU.
