I have no doubt that GZ may have done something he could get into trouble with legally but I don't think he committed murder ASSUMING the story is correct that TM pinned him to the ground and was beating him senseless. If this story turns out to be false, than I obviously take it back.

 

 

He was told not to follow, yet he did, puts a lot of things about him into question. If it would have happened right there, where he was when he was on the phone with 911, it would be a lot easier for me to side with GZ. At this point, I cannot.

 

Regardless as to whether GZ committed some other less serious crimes, how does whether or not he did commit the lesser crimes affect how you believe whether he was justiied using deadly force? Either he was or he was not justified usind deadly force regardless to whether he was an angel before the attack or committed some lesser crimes by following TZ.

They also said that their was no DNA from the police officer that handled the gun either. He handled without gloves and held it in his bare hand because there was no question that it was the gun used. In other words he didn't go all CSI when handling the gun.

 

Mom's testimony was pretty solid today, more so than the brothers.

Medical examiner is a mess...prosecution needs to see if he has money on this.

I didn't see the testimony today. What could his mother have possibly said? She wasn't there so I don't get that and as for whether she was testifying that it was TM yelling for help, I'm sure GZ's mom would say the same thing.

I'm going to say no. My gut says no but with news being on a 24 hour cycle and with the internet I wouldn't be surprised if it was still a story just because of the age of the victim. Even if it was still a story I doubt it would be as volatile a story as it is now.

This is why I do not see him being convicted. Who started it is irrelevant.

I'm not stupid enough to follow random strangers after I call 911 on them.

 

And if I was that stupid I'd have my gun out before he broke my nose and went Chuck Liddell on me and have my mama on the stand saying that's her baby screaming for help on the tape.

He had a broken nose and lacerations on his head and he had enough sense to grab his gun and shoot to kill. His life wasn't in danger.

^ I agree, his life was not in danger, and his stories are not adding up and they change. He has made many mistakes even after that night, if he doesn't get 2nd degree murder I'll be very surprised! I'll be gald when it's over as right now it seems as if every cable channel was bought up by Court TV/Tru TV.
