They got rid of Bobby Valentine, who was responsible for that 69-93 record, and they are back in first. Francona should have never been let go. He won 90 games his last season with a ton of injuries down the stretch.

The Bengals look good if you look at the last 3 regular seasons as well. But neither has won anything that matters since 1990. Nope only talking about this decade. Red Sox haven't made the playoffs. I used to start a few Red Sox threads but, even though UKMF represents himself as a Red Sox fan, no one ever participated and I like to talk baseball so that leaves me with Reds threads.

The restaurant and hotel workers in Covington love the Cardinal series. Lots of Cardinal fans. Very polite. Big tippers. [by contrast the World Choir Games entourage....very polite people, didn't convert to much restaurant business, those who did eat out were not great tippers; Steelers fans - - belligerent, lousy tippers.]
