The restaurant and hotel workers in Covington love the Cardinal series. Lots of Cardinal fans. Very polite. Big tippers. [by contrast the World Choir Games entourage....very polite people, didn't convert to much restaurant business, those who did eat out were not great tippers; Steelers fans - - belligerent, lousy tippers.]

 

How do Cardinal fans and Cub fans compare? The Cubs always seem to bring a lot of people to town also.

Hopefully the Reds can even up the series today. I look for Latos to be strong.

After last night, I can attest to the Cardinals fans being good tippers.

Reds make the Cards lefty throw all of 3 pitches after issuing a 1 out walk to Frazier.

You guys complain the Reds swing at 1st pitches too much then praise the Cards for how they hit. Thom said the Reds are 3rd in MLB and Cards are 4th in frequency of swinging at 1st pitch.

 

Does it matter if you get a fastball down the middle on the 1st or 4th pitch? If you can 't hit it, you can't hit it, regardless of which pitch it is.
