I'm sure that would have scored big points with mrs LRCW lol

She knew what she was marrying. I used to play softball wearing headphones while playing shortstop. ;lol2:

I wasn't dubbed Ashland's Mr.Red for nothing.

Great day at the ball yard today. Loved seeing Votto start come out of his funk today. He was more aggressive at the plate today and I loved it! Mesoraco, he's starting to become one of my favorites, I know I've bragged about his swing before but seeing it in person is a thing of beauty. His approach to hitting today was perfect. When he got down 2 strikes he slapped a hit to right field. Last year he hardly ever did this so it's starting to show his maturity some more. Really liked how Arroyo was on and didn't let the one inning derail his good performance. The Reds left a lot of runners on base today, hopefully that doesn't become a trend this year. Overall the Reds played pretty well today and got key contributions from places that haven't been there yet this season. Great step in the right direction.

I'm at a wedding, still watching the game from mu MLB AB app, and still posting. The rest of you all suck. :lol2:

Phone service at Keeneland sucks.

Choo has been on base 35 times this season in 16 games (77 PA)

It took Stubbs till May 9th to hit that mark...

116 PA 37 games to hit that mark.

What's he whining about now? LRCW whine central.

MJ is going to be fit, I feel for you on those 100 degree days.

And yes, it was nice to see Joey stroking the ball again today. Choo's performance so far is just mind boggling.

I swear every time I feel like I look down there on the field, Choo is on base, which was especially true yesterday. On base 6 times. I always joke with fans after he gets a hit, "How much do you miss Stubbs". Always provides some good BS back and forth while I'm waiting for an ID or something.

Yeah, I'm going to literally evaporate. They better have a 2nd shirt I can change into during the 4th inning or something. Heading back to the park for work today. Looks like another great day, hopefully decent # in attendance.

I thought the decision not to walk BP with a base unoccupied was stupid yesterday for the Marlins. And I think up to that point, the managing of the games for them had been textbook. In that situation you have to make Bruce beat you. He has left 1,293,426 runners stranded already this season.

Meso is moving on up.

Hanigan goes on DL w/ strained left oblique. Reds purchase the contract of Corky Miller. Nick Masset transferred to 60-day DL

Where did the strained oblique come from. I thought it was a thumb injury?

Corky looks like an extra in Jeremiah Johnson.

Homer does a good job getting out of his own little mess in the first.
