I agree with that, and for me it is a much bigger story. I'm thinking of my wife as a non-sports fan and the women like her who know who Lance is from being all over for all of his "good" charitable work and being a good cyclist or something. Know what I mean?

Lance is definitely more well known.

It won't be the fact that he is gay or not that will hurt his draft stock. NFL teams will be more concerned with his integrity, mental stability, and ability to limit distractions during practices and games. I'm now wondering what percent of his poor play in the BCS championship game was due to this.

 

Also, I was watching the ESPN interview with the ND athletic director last night. His body language said he was lying or hiding something big time.

What was the name of the girl who had all these fake Twitter accounts and created havoc in the Sports meme's world? Anyone remember what I'm talking about? It was quite a big scandal, just didn't receive a ton of national media attention.

Here's the crazy thing. For me, I actually do kind of care what happens with Lance (at least in relation to tri's) and could care less what the outcome of Manti's story is. BUT, I am way more interested in Manti's story if that makes sense.

Here's the shocking thing. We're 20 pages in and everyone is talking about it. I guarantee you if I went to my wife and said "How about Manti" she'd have no clue what I was talking about. Not on her radar.
