Hit the showers after the gym. Experienced a phenomenon that I hadn't ever before I don't think. Still breathing heavily, I lather up my face, and stick my head under the shower head and couldn't catch a breathe. I hope that's the closest I ever get to feeling like I'm being water boarded.

As for the workouts they've been coming along nicely. I need to get back in to the habit of writing down my workouts in advance so I can start hitting the sauna and the pool some. That's the only down side of working out in the morning before work, times a lot tighter.

Hope that difficulty catching the breath does not happen often!

I know what you mean about the morning workouts when you are short on time. I don't get the time to cool down before shower, so I'm still sweating afterwards.

Oh believe me hoops5 I know all about that. Especially in July and August, the office complex I work in has a huge black top parking lot and my new gym is about 5 minutes from work. So I would get out of the shower get dressed head to work with the air on full blast in my car. Stop sweating(for the most part)on my way to work, then get out of my car and walk 200 yards to my building and have to turn a fan on full blast at my desk. By this time it looks like I just finished my work out again or at least that's the way I feel. The things we have to do to try to stay in shape.

Biked 54 and ran 10 this morning. The bike was WINDY!

In the words of Tony Horton of P90X fame, "good time for a recovery drink." I think he meant beer, didn't he?

Completed Drench today and it was pretty good.

I really think I am going to have really solid results, with this series of workouts.

How about the rest of you?

Randy Parker---come back to the dark side! :lol2: How is the marathon walking? How is the blister?

Today was hurl and it was exhausting I wanted to throw the 8 pound weight through the window I was tired of using it.

Another day completed

Do you have any left? You have already lost so much weight. :thumb:

Yes, sadly I still have a long ways to go.

On the way to the bike shop last night I had a broken spoke and had to use a spare wheel on the group ride. I hate biking.

Knocked out 2400 yards in the pool this morning and trying to decide what type of track workout to do tonight.

Went out for a 20/5 brick workout tonight. Broke the shifter cable on my bike. Became an 18/5.
