December 26, 201213 yr A pair of Under Armour sweatpants and 3 Under Armour hoodies. I love this stuff, started wearing it years ago before the brand got huge. Brings my collection to around 30 items. An electric razor. A Kindle Fire. Cash. A new watch. All the above gifts were given to me by family. My wife and I take money and buy gifts for ourselves each year. It's much easier for us to pick out what we actually want and not have to return anything. Our ski trip to Lake Tahoe is also part of our Christmas gift to each other this year. However, even though we had already bought what we wanted for ourselves, I surprised my wife with a Tiffany's bracelet, a pair of coach heels, a new jewelry box and enough Victorias Secret gear to last her a while. I won't get into details, but she appreciated my thoughtfulness

December 26, 201213 yr jump box(for car batteries) Got one several years ago. I've only used it once but in that moment it felt like the best gift ever. Like the small air compressor my dad gave me right after I started driving.

December 26, 201213 yr Sunday morning, before the big joint family get together at my home, the dishwasher broke, the solenoid to the water dispenser in the fridge gave out, and the kitchen sink stopped up to the point that I had to snake out the line from the trap to someplace under the house. It's amazing the party went as well as it did. I have to decide today, whether to fix the 15 year old Kitchen-Aid dishwasher or pull the trigger on a replacement. I think I can fix the current one, but Mrs. S ain't too optimistic. I think she just wants new stainless steel appliances. D Go get a new one. We got one that was stainless inside.....love it.

December 26, 201213 yr I made out like a bandit this year! Got a cool remote control set of flickering candles for my wife and me and two really awesome T-shirts that describe me to a T from my favorite BGPer. Got some cash to put toward a new TV since my old one is on it's way out. A pair of Tempur-Pedic slippers, a bottle of Coppola Rosso & Bianco Shiraz, a bottle of Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Four Wood bourbon, an awesome mouse pad with pictures of my grandson and me, The Last Waltz blu ray, Dark Knight Rises blu ray, a really cool radio controlled Apache Helicopter (I'm still a kid at heart... ok, ok.... mind too), a CoolMax pillow and the first season of Big Bang Theory on dvd. Best of all, I got to spend my first Christmas with my first grandchild, can't get more awesome than that!
