You need to think things through.

If you look at the reflection in the window, you will see the mailman and FedEx guy are waiting for him to leave so they can park.

And you know this how?

 

How do we know the driver doesn't do the same route on a weekly basis, at the same time, and there's never been a single handicapped car parked in either of those spots? Or how do we know that the business hasn't told him to pull there?

 

Lots of assumptions are being made in an effort to paint the driver as a terrible person.

 

 

Even if it's only for a minute or two, it's against the law to do so, and becasue the business told him to do so, it's okay? Okay, TOG gives you permission to drive 120 MPH on I-75 all next week and when you get pulled over and you get a ticket for doing so, my guarantee to you is the officer is going to laugh at you when you say TOG said I can.

 

My guess is, that if the truck from this picture could be identified, the driver would be in a world of hurt by UPS!

Knowing several people that work for UPS, 3 of them drivers, I know he'd be disciplined rather severely.

I'm still shivering!!

I imagine he was long gone before it would ever be an issue.....and would even rush to get out of the way, if someone was waiting for the spot. Non-issue, IMO.
