I agree it's laziness, but that doesn't (at least to me) mean they're a bad person. Just that they're lazy.

 

Also, and this is a serious question that I'm hoping someone can answer for me. Why are there such a disproportional number of handicap parking spots (compared to number of handicap vehicles) at most places?

I'm not saying all of them that do it are bad, but some are. All are lazy (barring an emergency, that is).

 

I'm not sure how they come up with the number of spots, demographics I would assume.

They give out temporary tags right now. All I'm saying is that these cases should be judged by someone other than a doctor who is beholden to the person requesting the parking pass. I don't see that being much of a problem at all. But anything is better than the current system.

Yes, I was there. I believe it was a Tuesday and the sign was clearly visible under normal atmospheric conditions.

If he does this same thing every day, he should be fired from his job. Secondly, no business would tell someone to violate the law. And if they did, that doesn't excuse his behavior one bit. If someone tells you to shoplift, does that make it okay?
