WINTER SUCKS!

Featured Replies

I love winter. I would rather be cold than so hot you start to sweat just going outside and feel like you need to take 5 showers a day. In winter you can bundle up and get warm, in summer its just hot nothing you can do. The only part I dont like is not being able to really take the girls outside much to play. Its dark when you leave home in the morning and dark when you get home in evening.

I hate frost. I hate cold. I hate absolutely everything about winter.

Agreed.

If I had a garage I could park my car in, winter wouldn't bother me at all. Other than scraping my car off in the morning before work, I love winter.

This.

Having a garage to park in makes it a lot easier to deal with. I don't mind winter time at all.

Some of us can't get warm no matter how many wool sweaters we layer on.

I like coming home from work and not feeling guilty about putting my pajamas on because it is already getting dark.

I like getting snowed in at least once.

I like a white Christmas but am ready for the snow to be gone by the first of the year.

I could easily do without winter.

And my daughter and her husband who are stationed at Luke AFB would gladly trade you the heat of AZ for some cold weather!

She claims, the extreme heat in AZ is worse than any cold day in NKy.

Come on people, it hasn't even really gotten cold yet. Man up!

IT SUCKS AND YOU CAN'T MAKE ME LIKE IT! Yes...I am shouting. :D

Agree.

Big babies.

That comes from a cold heart. :p:lol:

Each to his own.

All I know is that I froze my butt off Friday night at the UC game and stayed cold all weekend. I got all the winter I wanted, thank you very much.

When I got out of my truck after arriving back at home Monday evening, it was 72. It's 75 outside right now.

I'm happy, now.

The flu, intestinal viruses, 7 hours of daylight, and static electicity. How could anyone hate winter?

Winter used to not bother me so much, but when we bought the house we reside in now, the city declares snow "emergencies" if there's as little as 2" of snow. Unfortunately, our tiny driveway can sustain only one vehicle so when the "emergency" is declared, I've got two other cars to get off the street. I just park them in the front yard (I own one of the older homes in the neighborhood).
