September 2, 201214 yr Turnovers and the lack of basic Defense, killed the Cats. Cards won and Congrats but they didn't look to be real good on D either, UK just did a good job of stopping themselves at the end of drives.
September 2, 201214 yr Thought UL coasted in the second half. For UK, I thought Smith played well and Sanders and Williams ran fairly well. UK's passing attack feasted on the UL backers but got few long plays---which was probably UL's plan I wonder if Strong took it easy on Joker..

September 3, 201214 yr Strong took his foot off the gas. I was disappointed to see that, deliver knock out first Actullay CB it was a pretty smart move on Coach Strong's part. The best thing that could happen to him is for UK to keep Joker around. If Louisville would have drilled UK by 40 the heat would have increased. At least this way his boy Joker has a puncher's chance.

September 3, 201214 yr I thought the O looked pretty good if not for turnovers. Moved it well. Loved the pace. Max Smith looked good which means PT can redshirt. D? Yikes. Thank goodness Teddy sat out for UL.
September 3, 201214 yr Yes. Rough day for him. Very rough day. Looked slow to me. He does look good but did all that muscle hamper his quickness a little. Just looked out of place most of the time to me.
September 3, 201214 yr The offense was better than I expected but the defense was far worse than I expected. UL will roll to a nice record with their schedule. They have a decent little team. Gonna be ugly for UK but it is not unexpected. This is essentially a wasted year.
