That would be a great name if Will Wolford was named the HC, but I would be willing to bet that the administration wants the head football coach to be in the school building during the day. If Will Wolford is the new HC I'm surprised that it has already been "leaked".

 

Thought....will the new HC bring in a staff?

The lid on this one is being kept as tight as the Bin Ladin seal team raid, but right now I am leaning to Stephan LeFors. It should also not be overlooked,however, that there are also some former X alums who are currently coaching in pro and college ranks, who just may want to come back to Tigertown to lead a more sedate and secure family life. One never knows, does one?

Suprising and then again not. The Xaverians stayed within the "family". NO doubt about his pedigree and his excellence as a player. Will that Translate over? Also I think many will wonder if we will give up "his many business interests"???

There has been alot of talk on here about the announcement would be after the season? Perhaps out of respect for Coach G.

I personally believe it will be a good hire. Will has a name and knows the game.

 

Will surround himself with some top people. He had a great coaching staff when he owed the Fire and was a lot of local folks.

 

My only question is the timing. Not sure it's the best way to give coach Glaser a sendoff. I just thought out of respect they would wait!
