I really think you are barking up the wrong tree, guru, for the many reasons I gave before. We'll just have to wait and see. Personally I think the leak is from an empty pipe.

You had it right, guru, and the leaky pipe was not empty. I think this is a brilliant move for Tiger football going forward.

The press conference on Wednesday should be very interesting with a lot of questions to be answered. How will Will balance his current outside interests and businesses with the Head Coach position? How much time will Will spend each day at St. X., and will he have some teaching duties? How much flexibility will he have in selecting his football staff? What is the transition plan to prevent any temporary drop off in team performance at freshman, JV, and varsity levels?

It may be an awesome hire....it may be a disaster. I would not want Trinity to hire one of our former legends to be our head coach (too much potential for personal disaster).

Since it was St. X. that made the call, not your beloved rocks, RP, you luckily won't have to lay awake at night having such worries.

^ See - UK ......I don't want Brohm at Trinity as head man.

how much of this iis Will wanting this or thepowers that be wanting him ?

Not to me, open house and entrance exams for St. X are right around the corner!

This is an example of how football (and other sports) can help private schools maintain enrollment.

I hope this is a good hire. Lack of coaching experience is obviously a concern for all.
