Okay...two handguns I can understand...but HOW IN THE HELL do you get into a movie theater without somebody noticing you're packing a shotgun and an AR-15?

He came in from an exit so I assume he had it all stashed away outside somewhere. One site was saying he purchased a ticket to the movie and went into the showing and propped the door open and went back outside.

July 20, 201214 yr Have they said whether or not police were already at the theatre when the shooting started? I know at the Florence theatre they had 2 officers in unform inside and at least 1-2 more in the area patrolling.

I believe one immediately entered the movie theater building and noticed the smoke/gas coming from the theater 9 (I believe that is the one where the shooting occurred) and then requested gas masks so they could enter. Before they went into the theater the shooter had already exited the side door and started back to his car, where police apprehended him.
