June 30, 201214 yr Leake in his last 10 outings including tonight thru 8 has pitched 66 innings and given up only 16 Runs...Thats about a 2.42 ERA...Since April he has been really consistent... Edit HR by Panda...Leake has still been very good lately...Make that 67 Innings and 17 Runs over his last 10 starts...

June 30, 201214 yr And this one belongs to the Reds! Cozart started things off with a HR and the Reds scored 3 in the 1st off of Matt Cain to set the tone for the game. Cain settled down but Leake stymied the Giants. Mike Leake with a great outing, as well as a couple hits (including a home run). His 1st CG of his career.

The roation of Cueto, Latos (the non headcase version), Arroyo, Leake and Bailey is not a bad rotation...They still have their inconsistencies but not nearly as many as the Offense...The Reds seem to score in bunches and struggle with RISP...The offense worries me much more than the pitching ...
