They'll take Anthony Davis... Because Thomas Robinson should be the #1 pick.

Beal or barnes

Why is everyone conviced they'll be taking Barnes? Is it really because of the Jordan/UNC angle?

 

Biggest reason I could think of. I'm thinking Beal then possibly MKG. I just think those two players are more versatile and you know they'll be playing hard every night.

I said Beal then MKG, I guess I meant Beal 2A and MKG 2B. I know Barnes has a lot of upside and talent but I'm not sure that he has the mentality to go along with it. With that said the NBA drafts on potential a lot so Barnes wouldn't shock me at all.

Hey I will....I will go with MKG.

I think Beal has all star potential. If they take Barnes then they deserve to struggle for years to come. The guys the second best product from his HS team and hasn't come close to living up to his hype.

I'll go with Robinson.

It would be but I think if Beal is off the board before the Wiz pick they will take MKG.

If they pick anyone with the last name not being Robinson, Beal or Kidd-Gilchrist, then the Bobcats deserve to be as bad as they are.

Maybe I am in the minority, but I am not seeing Robinson as that great of an NBA player. I think he was more suited for college. Maybe a Kenyon Martin type. Not bad, just not what you consider to be in a top 3 pick. Ironically Martin was the #1 pick in his draft. Terrible draft class though.

I think he will be a decent player if he develops his outside jumper a little more but I see him no better than a poor mans Gerald Wallace.
