Just out of curiosity, which private school in Louisville is the most expensive. And forgetting financial aid, etc., how much would it cost? On the flip side, which is the cheapest? And is that a relative term?

I had a conversation with a girl who graduated from Colligiate the other day about this. When she told me that it cost nearly twenty grand I told her to get out of town.

Actually I think the number she gave me was eighteen thousand (I think). I'm pretty sure she meant that it was eighteen thousand per year, which is why I was so shocked at the number.

 

Don't quote me, but I think CovCath is between 6,000 and 7,000 per year. I have no idea what the other two are.

I would guess that theirs and KCD's would be near the top as far as most expensive goes.

T is $11,300 to $11,900 depending on how many payments you make.

 

CCH is $6k for in-district and $6600 for out-of-district.

 

X is $11,300 to $11,700 depending on how many payments you make.

 

Collegiate is $20,600 for grades 6 through 12.

No wonder all their parents looked like doctors at the All A. I do know that it a good school - if you can afford, go ahead and pay it!

Last I heard, Tuition and fees for Grades 9-11 was around $5,500 for In Diocese and $6,000 Outside Diocese

 

For Grade 12, it's like $150 more for both.

 

Those prices are for a 1st Child, a 2nd Child is less in tuition and a 3rd child is Fees only. Fees are around $300 for Grades 9-11 and $450 for Grade 12.

Crazy. Had no idea it was that high. That means that Tuition at Trinity has nearly doubled in the 10 years since I graduated. That's stunning.

 

How does CCH keep tuition so low?
