nWo Posted June 16, 2019 Share Posted June 16, 2019 The Storm Prediction Center has most of Kentucky in a category 2 Slight Risk Area for late Sunday afternoon into the evening hours. It appears that there will be adequate separation from this mornings thunderstorm complex system and the remnants of a system that will be in the Missouri/Arkansas area this afternoon. Conditions look to be favorable for the formation of several multicell clusters with scattered damaging winds as the primary threat. The HRRR Ohio Valley Radar from 4 pm to 11 pm EDT Sunday evening. It shows a cluster of storms in western Kentucky. Then them moving eastward across Kentucky. Also showing the possible storms more numerous when the reach the I-65 corridor. Updates later today.
