Marco Scandella scored with 14:06 to go in the game to give Buffalo a 3-2 lead on their home ice. 23 seconds later, Nikita Kucherov tied it up for the Bolts. Steven Stampkos put a shot past Linus Ulmark with 5:16 left to give Tampa Bay the lead, and Ryan Callahan scored a power play goal at the 18:41 mark to finalize the scoring.

 

Braydon Point scored his 29th goal of the season 26 seconds into the game. Ondrej Palat scored to tie the game in the second.

 

The Lightning are now 35-8-2 giving them 72 points and a 14 point lead over 2nd place Toronto in the Atlantic Division. They are 18-1-1 in their last 20 games and have +60 goal differential over their opponents.

 

The Bolts take on the Islanders in Brooklyn tomorrow night.
