FYI, Beechwood and Highlands are in Kentucky and play for the Kentucky Championship. The schools from Cincinnati play in the Ohio Championship. Maybe that's part of the reason that our kids get hardly any recognition for 'All State' awards and stuff. Everyone considers us Cincinnati. Drives me crazy! We are still Kentucky, our boys can't help where they live.

It would be interesting to know, of the people that voted in the poll, how many have seen both teams play? If you have seen both, give a line or two about your reason for your choice.

I am not sure of all of the playoff pairings are set or not throughout the state; however, I believe they are. Does anyone know if the KHSAA.org has them posted or not. I was not able to find them. If you could please post the link, it would be greatly apprciated.

With this years juniors only having a handful of players on the team (less than 10 I heard); I wonder if they have enough varsity experience? I hope you are right.

Beechwood is 6-0 they beat Scott 35-8 and host Ryle next week and that should be a good game but if Beechwood wins then they are in the championship but Highlands lost to 6-1 Dixie so who knows who will be in the championship. Suggestions?????

I am not positive; however, Ryle visits Beechwood on Oct. 16. I would guess that the winner of that game will play Highlands. Opinions?
