  1. Harrison County will be practicing today!
  2. When this years seniors were freshman Harrison County also won it. Jared Martin, Malcolm Thomas, and Zack Turner from Harrison County were all members of that team defeating Campbell County in the championship game. They beat Clark County the first game. Harrison County has three or four great athletes from that championship freshman team that do not play basketball anymore that could be a big help to Thomas, Martin, and Turner this year.
  3. HC freshman team has 3 people the can dunk already with a couple more really close. They have a great future if they continue to play together. They have the size and athleticism to be a great ball team if they play as a team.
  4. The Clark County student section is disrespectful and plain mean. They harass players from the opposing team instead of supporting Clark County. When the student section talks about the opposing teams players family, which they do not know, it is quite disturbing. When Harrison played at Clark it was awful. No disrespect to the community of Clark County but I believe the student section needs to concentrate more on supporting their team then criticizing the other, ecspecially players' personal lives.
  5. Is NL standing for North Laurel? If so Harrison County beat North Laurel pretty bad over the summer and some of there starters did not play.
  6. It's going to be another great year for Harrison County Baseball.
  7. For some reason Nicholas County cancelled there game against Harrison and it was at Nicholas. Harrison was going to head to Carlisle but some how Nicholas got the oppurtunity to cancel it. Only thing I can say is that all schools are worried about the safety of these student-athletes.
  8. Have any seniors in the 10th region signed to play college baseball? Are any seniors being looked at by colleges ? I know Harrison County has 6 seniors and all of them are being looked at by colleges but none have committed to anywhere.
  9. Martin did not get many shots off. He did have 6 assist on the night and already has 119 on the year. Thomas and Martin will need a big game on friday night against there district rival, Nicholas County.
  10. Thomas is at school today and he stated he would be playing friday night.
  11. My prayers go out to Malcolm Thomas as he is in the emergency room as of now. He took a hard fall into the bleachers and hit his head after going after a loose ball. He did return to the game but he still seems a little banged up.
  12. Did he recieve a scholarship or does he plan on walking on? Congratulations Dillon.
  13. I was really suprised that Harrison was up by nine at halftime with Martin sitting the whole second quarter due to foul trouble. Malcolm Thomas is by far the most athletic player in the tenth region. Him and Martin are really hard to handle. Caleb Ford played his best game of the year. He has a great mid-range jumper. If Ford can be a consistent third scorer to help Martin and Thomas these kids could turn some heads.
  14. The breds keep getting better and better.
  15. What posistion does he play?
  16. Jared Martin will be playing shortstop for Harrison County. He played third base last year and when he pitched Drew Thompson played third so Jared will take over short while Drew will be a consistent starter at third base. Matthew Dye has began throwing and should be one hundred percent by the spring.
  17. Martin and Thomas both had a big night. Jared Martin scored 23 while Thomas added 21. After watching all the teams the breds have faced this year, Dylan Hamilton is by far the best shooter I have seen. He is the most underrated player in the region.
  18. 1. Robbie Stenzel 2. Vinny Zollo 3. Jacob Rieger 4. Kellen Smith 5. Treg Setty 6. Malcolm Thomas 7. Brady Jolly 8. Kyle Campbell 9. Corey Rogers 10. Kyle King IMO other great players in no order include Omar Prewitt, Dylan Hamilton, Timmy Cooper, Dillon Greene, Jared Martin, Jayln Daniels, Travis Purvis, Stephen Mason, Charles Washington, Aaron Jacobs, Colton Fraysure, Jake Niederregger, Jordan Gilbert, and Luke King
  19. Dillon Greene - Pendleton County Jared Martin - Harrison County
  20. He was ejected the last game they played. So he had to sit this one out. I dont know any details about what happened.
  21. Kyle Campbell did not play in this game. Congrats to Pendleton County. Things should be very interesting come tournament time.
  22. Harrison led by double digits most of the game. Paris closed the gap a little in the fourth quarter. Another good game out of Martin and Thomas for the breds. Paris was a lot better team this game then the first time these two teams met.
  23. They have two players averaging above 15 points a game. I believe if they could get one more player up around that then they have a chance to become a top 5 team in the region.
  24. I do believe they are. Although, that is just my opinion. I do believe they could move up the rankings in my opinion by having one more player be a daily contributer.
  25. Malcolm Thomas is averaging around 18 points and 14 rebounds a game. He could be the most athletic player in the 10th region. Jared Martin is averaging around 16 points and 6 assist per game. If Harrison County can find one more every day contributer they could be a lot better team.
