  9. Congrats to Coach Bundy and the Mustangs!! Keep going. Tough sledding with GRC. Work through it.
  10. Conner did a great job of control. They only had 1 foul through the 4th quarter if memory serves me correctly and that's doubtful. Still had fouls to give going into overtime.

  13. Wondering how many other these than these are on Tournament winning streaks: 31st - Owen County - 5 years 36th - Highlands - 6 years. Who else.
  14. I'll start out with this one got away from the refs. They let the guys play and as the game progressed, started getting chippy. Henry County had built up a 13 point lead to see Carroll come back to re-take the lead in the 4th before everything broke loose and the Panthers lost their momentum. It really was the turning point in the game. Henry did a great job on Mumphrey, holding him to 7 points and not many touches. Trevor Hardin and Kevin Wix picked up 2 fouls quickly and sat most of the second period. Was impressed with Josiah Montero with him taking the point after Wix sat. Logan Strickland led the 2nd half charge for Carroll hitting three 3's in the 3rd quarter in route to a 21-12 advantage to cut the Henry County lead to 1 at the end of the 3rd. Hardin did have a couple of very nice dunks including one that shook the beams of the Gallatin County gym (Carson Williams....ish) Once the dust settled in the 4th, Henry extended the lead back to 12 for a 55-43 final. Wyatt Supplee with 23 for Carroll and Ethan Lankford with 20 for Henry with Hardin adding 13. Henry County faces Gallatin County who dispatched Eminence earlier on 67-28. Gonna be a hot time in Warsaw Saturday. Glad to be able to broadcast that one.
  15. T's were flying in Warsaw tonight. Unfortunately, the officials let the Carroll/Henry game get away from them and used the Technicals to re-gain control of the game. I will say that one official has a hair trigger on that, while others showed restraint. Very inconsistent.
  16. Tonight has the semis of the 31st district from Gallatin County. Gallatin County vs. Eminence - 6:00 Carroll County vs. Henry County - 7:30 We will have both games tonight live from Warsaw. The broadcast link is Tri State Internet Sports Radio is on Mixlr. Mixlr is a simple way.... Definitely hoping for 2 exciting games like last night for the girls.
  17. We give a lot of credit to the Eminence Lady Warriors. It came down to free throws. Eminence went 12/22 from the line. That's the difference i the game. They fought incredibly hard. However, their streak of not reaching the 8th region tournament continues. It's been since at least 1999. They almost broke that last night.
  18. Here is the game audio from our broadcast: 2019-20 Girls Basketball - 31st District - Gallatin County vs. Emi...
  19. I would have to say that Eminence beating Owen County is a bit of an upset. The Warriors had won 4 games all year.
  20. We're down to the semis of the Girls 31st district tournament at Gallatin County. Owen County takes on Carroll County and Gallatin County meets Eminence. Tri State Internet Sports Radio will be broadcasting the rest of the games in the tournament. The broadcast link is at Tri State Internet Sports Radio is on Mixlr. Mixlr is a simple way... Does Owen run away with it, or can another team break the 4 year streak for the Lady Rebels? Thoughts?
