  3. And just to add, the broadcast setup will be as it was last year as well per Regina @ BB&T Arena.
  4. I did confirm it has something to do with the Horizon League Tournament. If NKU is NOT a 1 or 2 seed, they don't get the automatic bye and may have to play at home.
  5. I just got a notice at work that St. Elizabeth is sponsoring the 9th Region Tournament at BB&T Arena. It also provided a different schedule than what we have had before. Here you go: Monday 3/2 - Girls 1st Round 6:30 & 8 Wednesday 3/3 - Girls 1st Round 6:30 & 8 Friday 3/5 - Girls Semis - 6:30 & 8 Saturday 3/6 - Boys 1st Round - Noon & 1:30 then 6:30 & 8 Sunday 3/7 - Girls Finals - 2pm Monday 3/8 - Boys Semis - 6:30 & 8 Tuesday 3/9 - Boys Finals - 7:30 The dates on Tuesday and Thursday are being held in case NKU's teams have to play at home for the Horizon League Tournament.

  7. Saw a big 4th quarter by Male. Did CCH run out of gas? What happened in the 4th?
  8. This shot with 3:36 to go in the first quarter pushed Trimble County's Reese Webster to the top of all scorers at Trimble County. Reese finished with 14 points in the game against Gallatin County last night to give him a new all time high of 1,536 with 4 more regular season games plus districts to go. Congratulations Reese on a great Raider career. Photo Courtesy of @trimblegameday
  9. It's our Girls regular season finale with Bellevue coming into Erlanger to take on Lloyd Memorial. Coach Sorrell trying to shake off the curse of games of his we broadcast. The game can be heard LIVE at Tri State Internet Sports Radio is on Mixlr. Mixlr is a simple way.... Thoughts on this one??
  10. The Runnin Rebels break a 4 game skid with a 59-56 win over Dayton. I relly felt going into the game it would be close throughout. Dayton had an 11 point lead at one point in the 3rd period, but credit to the YOUNG Rebels for holding it close and to Junior Jack Spurgeon for hitting a 3 at the buzzer to push Owen County over the top for the win. Taking absolutely nothing away from Dayton. As I told a few of the Greendevils when we were leaving, Coach Kinmon will have them playing at a very high level when they leave Dayton and really being able to compete in the 36th district. The Greendevils have a good chance to pull close to .500 at the end of the regular season and the most wins in 5 years. Sophomore Lorenzo Price led Dayton with 18 points. He is a force on the block. He'll be a 1,000 point scorer before he is done. Jack Spurgeon had 21 points for Owen County to lead all scorers including the game winning 3. In talking to Coach Duvall "We needed that one". The game will be a big confidence booster for the Rebels who are still down their leading scorer Teagan Moore and were also without the services of Brandon Lewis who was ill last night. Coach Duvall started 8th grader Brax Ward and also got some time from his other 8th graders, Ashton Moore and Micah Shelton.
  11. I know both teams are down right now, but games between such teams are usually exciting to call. Thoughts? Tri State Internet Sports Radio will be calling the game LIVE from Dayton tonight. The broadcast link is at Tri State Internet Sports Radio is on Mixlr. Mixlr is a simple way....
  12. Wondering if McAllister played without a hitch in the giddyup. Saw he had 12 points, but sat for a lot of the SK game after tweeking something. He will be needed for the post season most definately.
  13. Do you not take out Piarist since they are out for the season? Leaving two ACTIVE teams?
  14. Congrats to Kelly Niece who scored his 1,500th point last night in the Pioneers game against Gallatin County. Scored on a layup in the second quarter. Still more buckets to go.
  15. Game was pretty even early on before SK pulled away. Congrats to Kelly Niece who scored his 1,500th point in the second quarter.
  16. The Pioneers travel to Warsaw tonight to take on the Wildcats. Tri State Internet Sports Radio will be at the game to broadcast. The broadcast link is at Tri State Internet Sports Radio is on Mixlr. Mixlr is a simple way.... Thoughts on the game?? 17. The Dragons head into Carrollton tonight. What can we expect. We will have the game LIVE at Tri State Internet Sports Radio is on Mixlr. Mixlr is a simple way... tonight after the Beechwood/Carroll County Girls game. I'm looking forward to seeing both teams tonight.
  18. With the end of the regular season on the horizon, I thought it time to start listing where folks can hear the post season broadcasts. I didn't find a 2019-20 regular season thread, so starting this one for the post season. Tri State Internet Sports Radio will be broadcasting the 31st district semis and finals for both boys and girls, 9th region boys and girls and 8th region boys semis and finals. 23 games in total. All games are available on our Mixlr page at Tri State Internet Sports Radio is on Mixlr. Mixlr is a simple way....
  19. I saw McAllister had VERY minimal minutes at EKU. Hopefully on the mend.
  20. I agree. We'll be broadcasting the SK game, so we'll see if it's Post All "A" Blues or something else.
  21. The Birds had a 3 point clinic last night hitting 12 of them. This is a fun team to watch. Vinson and Muller are a great tandem. Can't wait to see them again in Highland Heights at the end of February.
