Where did you get your information? This does not add up.
FYI: I wrote the story and I didn't include Pendleton and Brossart. Numbers were just used to illustrate a point. Thanks. ... Yes, multiple winners only. Montgomery was used just because they are hosting this year. ....
Just wanted to clarify. ...
Bottom line: IT'S JUST A GAME, COACHED BY HUMANS, PLAYED BY HUMANS and OFFICIATED by HUMANS. Doesn't anyone get that? Sadly, no. It's a ME, ME, ME, ME generation and it stinks! There's no I in TEAM!
Wish Bart best of wishes in his new position. He has always been kind and nice during an interview and aside from from my reporter duties. He's a class act IMO. This will be interesting. They are also looking for a girls' coach as well.
Proposed by the AD's in the 10th and OK'd by principals. ... why would it have something to do with Rupp? State tourney isn't until a week from wednesday. Final could have been played on Monday or Tuesday. ... Crowd would have been the same IMO.. ... Just hate a Sunday final. ...
Splitting the games into a weekend session and a Sunday final hurt attendance IMO. Although the crowd was huge for a final, could have been better for semis if games weren't played on Saturday, especially since girls final was on Saturday night. ... Sunday final not cool. ... personally hope this doesn't develop into a trend. ...
Agree Model can't help being in same district as Central and Southern, but be fair about it. The district needs to be seeded. Who wants to see Model get destroyed in the region by Catholic? Just curious. When is the last time Model won that district? I know Berea did in 1988 and Southern did in 1995. Berea didn't use being small as a crutch. I was a part of that team and we just went out and played the game.
