If you want to ensure you get into a game, get there early. It's just that simple.

The Mason-Elliott game will probably be the highest attendance of any game (bar the Sweet Sixteen) of the year. I have been to Montgomery County's Gym and it holds about 4,200. I doubt there will be the problems everyone is excited about. I live in the 12th Region and don't have a dog in the fight, just my observation.

 

Also as an outsider, after having it 38 straight years (or whatever the number) in the Mason Fieldhouse somebody somewhere ought to get a shot at it. It's called fair and equal distribution. After 38 straight years I don't know why the Mason fans are complaining or any fans for that matter. I don't think any one team should dominant the regional. There are 16-18 other teams that want a piece of the pie every once in a while. Once in a half century is not asking too much??

I was told the crowd was anywhere from 3700-4000. If that's the case then your making a big deal about nothing because Montgomery holds 4200.

 

I wish everybody would quit complaining and atleast give them a chance first!! Then complain cause we all know you will.:lol::fight:

It seems like eveytime you start a thread/post a thread it is about the location of the 10th region or how there is no homecourt advantage at all anywhere. I think we all know that you want the region to stay in Maysville!

Just stop. They deserve a chance. I wish them good luck. All this does is make Mason Co. fans look bad. Our team can win wherever the game is held.

It is a shame they can't find a neutral site to have the tournament but if they don't it should be held at the largest gym inside of the region.
