Along with Ronnie Dardin and Brett Norman. Western has the best Skill kids in Kentucky....no one would argue. Who is doing this recruiting for KCU........they are doing a great job.

In eastern kentucky....yes, hes athletic. Who was the last big time skill kid come out of eastern kentucky....David Jones....wow one kid. He is athletic as hell... and a great football player.....Is he a Victor Anderson, Doug Boumont, or Justin Collins.....hardly doubt it. Best of luck though....why doesnt he try somewhere like MSU.

Add a 4A top ten Western to that tough schedule.

This has nothing to do with how good you are at football.

Almost All kids playing D-1, would have signed there letter....well not just D-1.....any football....schools want you to be committed by now. Kasey Clark is a great high school football player....but when push comes to shove, he is just isnt Athletic enough to play college football. Then on Defense, He seems to be undersized to play college linebacker. I'm no scout or espn telent coach, but School just want certain things.

Morgan has a tough district....three playoff teams with only two spots. I really believe they must just get back into the weight room and get bigger...i attended a morgan game during our offweek and they just seemed smaller then other teams.

Justin Collins, Brett Norman and Charles Howard all signed their letter of intent yesterday at Western High School Collins-An all-state selection, and leading rusher in Jefferson County the past two season with back to back 1800+ yard season has choosen Indiana State. Norman-Another All state selection, rushed and threw for 1100+ each at QB, finished the season with 24tds. Will play at Morehead State as a WR Howard- A three time first district player, and 4.0 student has choosen Morehead as well over several area programs congrats to all three and goodluck in your futures.!!!!

Player and positions....Western has more talent then anyone in the state. Losing 3 all state players in the same backfield will hurt. Back Joe Cardine, Who runs a 4.3 40 will likely be a major factor, as well a veteran o-line that brings back most starters. The Defense will be headed by All District last season, and a hopeful for all state next season Ken McElroy. Who as a Soph. recorded over 100 tackles.

Western has added one coach(walters), who was the D-line coach at Bullitt Central last season. but i see no need to add an offensive coordinator to our team. Coach Preston is known for having a top 5 offense every single season last season.....over 5500 yards rushing and 1200 yards passing in 12 games. Not to mention kentuckys second all time scoring team. 469 points.

It was good to see a few kids from Western on the list/ RB #24 Justin Collins RB #8 Ronnie Dardin DB #4 Brett Norman I still think that we should have had a lineman on the team, between those three players 6000 yards of Offense this season/ but neverless anyone who played Western would agree that these three were very hard to handle.

All State just totally skips over 2AA football How Do running backs like Kasey Clark, Justin Collins, Ronnie Dardin and Justin Collins not even get a vote. and Vic Anderson makes and he played about 8 games this year and didnt even rush for 1000 yards? I'am from lou Western and we had two backs(Collins and Dardin) go for 1900 a piece, and the QB rushed for 1000. That must mean the backs are the best in the state, or our lineman deserved to get some votes. KHSAA football was a joke this year.....for messing up the playoffs, to playing the title games during the week, to giving Doug the Mr. Football title over Nick, when he threw 300+yards on Doug and 4 tds, on the way to the state title which Nick won.
