I may be mistaken but the Mason County field contains what is called "crumb rubber". It is made from recycled tires. Raceland has this also and it really helps with drainage problems. The players seem to like it as well. MCpapa or Chiefsmoke may be able to provide more info. McGlone Field is a great place to watch a game and the field makeover will make it even better.

Everyone see's playing time in this one as Elliott breaks the century mark.

This will be a good test for the Rams as they prepare for the district tourney. Boyd will play them very physical with Selby being a tough match up. Rams will have to overcome some emotions early as they bid fairwell to their Sr's. Boyd County keeps it close but the Rams pressing defense takes over and leads the Rams to the "W". Raceland 67 Boyd Co. 56

Martin,Carver and Wilson will play a big role for the Rams this season. I look for S.Reynolds to give the Rams a boost on the mound as well. Wilson has the tools to become a dandy pitcher and Carver can flat out hit the baseball. P. martin is one of the most complete players I have watched play the game and if he continues to work hard, has a bright future ahead of him at the next level. Good luck to the Rams and all the players in the 16th in the 08 season.

Thomas More just got themselves one of the best linebackers I have ever watched. I think he was born a LB.:lol: If JT can stay healthy he has the potential to have a great career at Thomas More. He is a great young man with a never quit work ethic. Congrats JT. I wish you the best.:thumb:

First I want to say welcome to BGP:thumb: If you have a desire to coach in Ky. I would continue to apply for every job that came open whether it be as an assistant or a head coaches position. Sooner or later someone in the know may like what you have to offer and give you the chance to coach their program. You may have to start at a school that is just beginning a program or one that is trying to right the ship. In either case you would have the opportunity to do what you enjoy. Best of luck to you and I hope you get that dream job.
