  1. Lost alot. Top two pitchers, catcher, and most of the middle of the line-up. They still have a couple pretty good pitchers. It will be interesting to see how many runs they will score.
  2. Who will be the pre-season favorite to win this region? Mercer Co. was the State Runner-up last season and West Jessamine, Danville, and Somerset are usually in the top 25 in the Coaches Poll every year.
  3. I don't think Woodford has enough to win the region, but who ever they drawl in the first round is not going to be happy. They will most likely be going home with a lose. I also like Madison Central, but don't think they have enough pitching to win the region. Some very good position players though.
  4. Woodford Co. will also be have something to say on who wins the 11th. If Hollan gets ruled eligible they can and most likely will beat anyone in the region with him on the mound.
  5. My vote goes to Bryan Station, two very good pitchers . Lexington Cath. will also be very tough to beat.
  6. I'm not in the Boyle circle, but I heard basically the same thing back at the end of the Summer. Between this and the screw up with the baseball job hiring, the principal is having a hard time.
  7. Danville has the 27th most wins in the nation. That mean there is only 26 other schools in the country that have won more games than Danville has. Coach Harp has won the majority of those games. I think we will keep him as long as he wants to stay.
  8. Only irrelevant to those who haven't won them.
  9. Just be happy Somerset is in the best 3 years of football they have ever had and Danville is probably in their worst. Quit worrying about if Danville thinks it is an upset or not. Nobody is arguing that Somerset has been the better team the last 3 years.
  10. Until Somerset wins a few more State Championships it will always be an upset for Somerset to beat Danville, at least in the Danville faithfuls eyes.
  11. Danville's Andrew Lasure signed with East Tennessee State on Wednesday.
  12. Yes. All sports post season set ups need to be changed. Teams who haven't won a game during the regular season do not need to be playing in the post season. Those other sports would be happy with 3 or 4 classes. Not 6 like football because we see how crazy that is. Doesn't make sense to me that football has 6 classes and all the other sports in KY don't have any classes.
  13. Not really. They are supposed to make a decision this week.
  14. Alot are already on the KHSAA site. If the school's coach has loaded them in they should be there. A few may not be done with their schedules, but the majority are.
  15. I think he is in his 60's. He probably has been out for about 5 or 6 years.
  16. I also herd former Head Coach Gilbert Wilson is also interested in the job.
  17. What school is Hollin attending? I know he was at Lafayette then went to Woodford then back to Lafayette after a couple weeks of school this year, now I herd the other day he is longer at Lafayette. Where did he go?
  18. Herd the final two are Josh Loughry- Danville Assistant and Danny Masten (not sure on spelling)- played at Pulaski and has been an assistant there. I also believe he was the Head Coach at Lincoln Co. for a couple years. I was told they want to make a decision by the end of the month.
  19. Danville's top two QB's played and both had some injury issues. I believe the Ford kid started.
  20. Herd Winn Harris from S. Laurel maybe interested in the job.
  21. This one could get ugly. Lex. Cath. 49-7
  22. If Danville can solve the turnover problem, they win big. If not its a cloase game.
  23. Pulaski Co. Coach Kent Mayfield resigned last week. Who will be the next Coach?
