WV has the advantage in both of those comparisons.

Coach Brown went on vacation during the season while at Eminence.

No reason to play for a tie.

Congrats to the young man.

I hope so.

Having experienced the All A at Richmond and Frankfort on multiple occasions as a fan, parent, and coach......I hate to see it go back to Richmond. Absolutely not a fan friendly facility compared to Frankfort. Yes, I am aware that Frankfort is no longer an option.

Correct.

Anthrax has done a slew of covers in their career, and all of them done very well. For those of you metal heads with a taste for some vintage, underground metal, check out Anthrax covering the Celtic Frost classic "Dethroned Emporer".

Kelch is stronger, but Miles is more athletic and skilled.

Looking for info on the 5th/6th vs 7th/8th Region All Star game. Specifically looking for info on 7th/8th Region rosters and game date/location.

If JMU31 was still a member of this board, I can assure you that he would not hold back on what's going with HC softball.

There are several KY kids competing at D1 level.

Hard to change a bad culture when folks don't want it changed. Obvious that HC is not interested in a culture change.

Congrats to Coach Brockman, well deserved.

Congrats!

South usually makes contested shot, including three balls. They just didn't make them last night. Credit to AC, but like I said, South regularly makes contested shots/threes. Congrats to AC.

I think what he is trying to say, is that the existence of the All A keeps the fans/schools from putting pressure on the KHSAA.

Congrsts.....nice accomplishment.

Gotcha. I wasn't implying that either, but just pointing out that SK has had very good teams as an 8th Region member. This years team just wasn't as good as some those teams. I like Coach Steiner, I think gets a lot of unnecessary darts thrown at him. A previous poster said that the 8th is the worst Region in the state......not true, probably never has been close to being true.

Are you implying that by moving to the 8th, SK has been playing "down" to the level of the lowly 8th Region?

Agreed. Very good team.

Congrats to Coach Jones and his team.

SK has had many very good teams since they were moved to the 8th. But, they have NEVER had the best talent in the 8th during that span. Very hard to win Region tournaments.

Worst Region in the state? Not quite. Walton Verona was better, period.

Lot of complaining about physical play. SK usually is the aggressor.
