Great human interest story, but if your starting QB began the season as the mascot I am thinking your team may be be destined to advance all that far in the playoffs.

Manual may have the best player on the field in Dishon Romine, but I think the Male defense will "contain" him to 125 yards rushing and 2 TDs. However I see Male hanging 28 on the Crimsons defense. Coaching is the difference, 28-14 Male.

Lou X & BG are, IMVHO, better than HHS. If, as some northern Kentuckians claim, HHS is second best in our state, then they darn well better beat a team that many on here are saying may not even be a top ten team in OH.

The questions is: Is the third or fourth best team in Kentucky better than the sixth or seventh best team in Ohio?

H had zero first downs in the first half and negative 18 yards on 18 offensive plays. here are the game stats: Male High School vs Trinity High School (Oct 12, 2012) However, officiating notwithstanding, Male defended T VERY well, and after they fumbled the second half kickoff and quickly fell behind 21-0, they put together a really nice scoring drive. Male probably has talent equal to Manual right now, but Male's coaching staff is much better - especially defensively.

M & H both were beaten worse by X than T. Third round of the playoffs should be interesting.

Regardless of your feelings about T or even football in general, this picture is AWESOME.

Manual has a few players that every coach in the city would love to have on their team. X has that also, and then quite a few more. Tigers control the football for 30 minutes and win 42-7.

I just saw a pic of them and they are pink, with white lettering. The word is that adidas randomly selected 10 schools nationwide with whom they have apparel deals and donated the jerseys as part of breast cancer awareness month. So apparently they didn't cost the school anything. I wonder if T will auction them off or something after the game and give the proceeds to a breast cancer organization? Supposedly each school got every # from 1-99, so at the very least T could put the 2 retired Brohm jerseys in their benefit auction.

I have always said that whether you like coach Glaser or not, and whether you are a St.X fan or not, you cannot argue that the man has spent about half of his total time on this earth in service to X.

"Fairview" still rings a little light on the fear factor scale. Makes me think of breakfast crepes served on a lace doily. If they were to change their name to the Towerview Marauders, then I think they would stomp Raceland. :thumb: (No offense Fairview fans - just having a little fun in the AM :jump: )

Knowing absolutely nothing about these teams I have to go with Raceland. They just sound faster than "Fairview".

I would put SK ahead of Ballard, Ballard ahead of Henderson Co., Henderson Co. ahead of PRP, PRP ahead of Scott Co., and Scott Co. ahead of X... that would make SK #2!:banana:
