Randy Parker Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 The visiting Hawks have won two straight, but do they have a chance against 3A's best?
ftbll4life Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 Hope the Yellowjackets do not let their JV win vs Trinity go to their head. Now the older guys have to go out and get the job done on Friday night.
PurplePride92 Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 For the sake of discussion.... Everybody rightfully expects the region to come down to Central/Bell County and nobody is giving Larue a snow balls chance in hell of pulling off the upset Friday, but check this out.... Scores and Margins of victory that Lou Central had in 2011 within their district/region: E-town 76-14 (62) Henry 54-15 (39) Casey 44-20 (24) Corbin 62-7 (55) Bell Co 26-0 (26) LARUE 35-14 (21) Interesting dont ya think? Larue knows what to expect. I'm sure everyone predicted Central to win by 40 last year too. It can't be put into words how big it would be if Larue could somehow pull off the miracle. Larue can't say much but there will be 11 players on offense and 11 on defense believing they can win when the Friday night lights come on. 4-4. Home playoff game guaranteed. District championship on the line. Larue has blown people's minds because nobody expected them to have 4 wins on the year losing what they lost last year, much less 4 wins with 2 reg season games left. Anyway...food for thought. I'll be pulling for the unbelievable on Friday night. I believe.
