Manual may have the best player on the field in Dishon Romine, but I think the Male defense will "contain" him to 125 yards rushing and 2 TDs. However I see Male hanging 28 on the Crimsons defense. Coaching is the difference, 28-14 Male.

How in the world is there not more buzz about this game?! One of the oldest rivalries of any sport at any level! T and X are OFF this week. Each school has probably 20,000 living alumni. And there hasn't been a post on this thread in 3 days?! My grandfather played for H in the 30s when this game DOMINATED the C-J. It deserves more.

I just asked one of my friends who went to Male, and she was telling me about a football game that was played "back in the day" between Male and Manual in which they battled for the "H".

I've heard the stroy about the two teams playing, but I can't remember if they played for the "M" or the "H". Did the winner of the game "back in the day" get the "M" or the "H"?
