Agree, or disagree?

Its a good thing that district, regional and state championships are determined on the field, and not by this poll.

Beyond that, what do you agree/disagree with?

How many 7-1 teams are there out side the top 10? This SOS thing is being blown way out of proportion.

One. But, that one loss came against a 4-3 team that is not in the Top 10 either. SOS has to be in the conversation, ranking by win/loss alone is no where near appropriate.

Ranking by wins/losses/points allowed

1. PRP

2. Trinity

3. Simon Kenton

4. Scott County

5. Butler

6. Madison Central

7. Bryan Station

8. Eastern

9. Henderson County

10. Marshall County

St. X would be 12.

Not true. There are 3 teams with weaker S.O.S. than S.K. that are in the top 10. I think its more of anti - uk#1fan thing. Thats ok. SK will have their chance when they play #3 Scott County.

If SK is not in the top 10 then Scott , PRP and Butler should not be there either!

It's a fine list... just sad that #1 can pummel #2 and #2 can pummel #8. Side note... nice SOS PRP...lol.

Their schedule is a fascinating experiment in short bus trips. They play half the South End with no regard for school size. Non-district schedule:

Fairdale (4A)

Valley (4A)

Doss (4A)

Manual (6A)

DeSales (2A)

Fern Creek (6A)

Central (3A)

A few of those schools, especially Valley, Doss and DeSales are within just a couple miles of PRP. Are some of these games played every year for that reason? It would definitely account for what appears to be a pretty lopsided schedule.

There is one 6A team that beat a 7- 1 6A team that is also outside the top ten. I would put CCHS in the top ten before the 7-1 team.

Unfortunately for SK, that Danville win lost some steam this week, but, that NCC win keeps looking better and better as they continue to rise in the polls and Beechwoods win is looking better, as well, because they're going to win the next 2 games by 60 points and everyone will tell you how great they are, so, run with that SK fans. Also, your Holmes win is looking really, really good right now. They may not be that good, but, the powers that be must proclaim them as being a really good team now that they've beaten BWood and NCC.. They'd rather save face for those 2 than to downgrade your win over them, so, run with those things, my friend, run, run, run..

These teams are ranked by who they like not by who they think is the best. It is clear they hate SK.
