Flyers have had a scrimmage and a rain out game, Hills with a dominate win over Owen County. More buzz then usual on this one. County comes out on top in a high scoring affair.

All depends how the Pats play on the edges, FHS is not as good as the pats up front on the offensive side, but the defense is sound in that area. Out at the skill spots FHS is pretty impressive, see if a new coach has the pats ready for the speed here. LC 28- FHS 14:sssh:

You chose to do things where you answer to people with guns such as the cops, YOU are putting your life in danger! Just had this conversation with my daughter and son. As far as race and racism.....its here and unfortunately here to stay, Educate yourself on the issues and be smart try to change it when you can, but realize there are bad people in the world be prepared. Bottom line, if kid was white this would have been a thread with ten replys. Kid was black, black folks feel discriminated, and the white folks are sick of hearing about it. So its controversial, the media plays us all like puppets. Trust our justice system, now this kid that was shot has had his character tried by the public as well as a cop. No one here can get a fair trial. If you like the ideal of america you have to trust our justice system to get it right most of the time nothing is perfect, my vote is to shut up and wait for the facts to come out. If you loot, and steal, you are trash the issue or reason you have makes no difference.

Racism is getting worse, and its not just a white issue or a black issue it comes from both sides and in many times leaders of each race.

Collins won the Friday night tourney which is smaller they went 0-3 in pool play and won it all, the Saturday tourney came down to Frankfort high vs Franklin County, Franklin County won by two-three scores. A lot Of intensity in final two or Three games from all teams. Very we'll ran event.

Have not seen anyone complain about becoming a minority its just a comeback to claims or racism, or "you dont know how it is to be a minority" type of statements we hear alot in the conversations.

So we are mad that teachers are rewarded sick days and use them??? I am confused???

I have watched Woodford play in person 4 times last two years, and I do not recall ever noticing this kid as a stand out some really nice highlights though, I will have to watch closer this year.

Panthers will miss Acklin I think the defense is really what made them special the last few years against the tougher teams especially last year. Who are the skill kids you speak of ? List em.

Franklin County has had some off season changes. The offensive coordinator has left for an assistant job at another program. Head Coach Chris Tracy will take over those duties. A few other assistants have been moved around to adjust. The Flyers return all of the linebackers I believe from 2013 and most of the defensive lineman stand outs here a Sam Anderson and Logan Duke LB, and Keenan Holleran and Sheldon Goins (dl). As well as a very good safety in Jhanny Rodriguez. On offense they return the qb, who should be looking to have a break out year. Most of the Offensive line also returns other than center and one quard Jared Marshall and Jacob Graves should stand out there. They return a big strong WR in Demarcus Kennedy and a few new faces as well. Freshman Stand out from two years ago Landon Hurst looks to return at full health after a rocky Sophomore year due to injury Trust me that is a good thing. Be interesting to see how the flyers handle change and play this year, gotta find some Rb's and Db's and start developing some youngsters

Missing a lot of good teams on that list, that even have beaten those teams in recent years.

There you got Scott County stop offering 10k to small teams to come to your place, and go get with the big schools!!! Good move here.

Yea its hard to be in it to win it when you know you would have to beat so many big teams, to do so.
