Hey Head, I think it is a tremendous advantage, especially for some these teams that have to travel across the state, they would have to leave their area after school or even earlier, then they will probably be tired from the bus lag and then they won't have even close of the following. I guess its important to win the games you need to during the season. (GLBT)

What about the turf in Fort Thomas, Ky. (10-1) Franklin County-vs-Da Birds, Highlands one the best traditional, best coached, and one of the hardest places to have to come and play in the state playoffs. All, what a night it's going to be for high school football, be careful when the "CANNON" goes off you might spill your Hot Chocalate. (GLBT!!!)

In the Kentucky High School Football State Play-Offs, How important is it to have the home field advantage ?

At Holmes High School, in Covington KY. New Cath-vs-Bellevue at 7:00 should be one of the better games in the whole state, I hope no one is overlooking.

Hey G, what is the Polecat?

At Dixie Heights High School in Edgewood, Ky. Dixie-vs-Boone County, what a Classic (AAAA) match-up this game has become. This time last year, the Rebels upset the #1 Colonels in a dog fight. Could it happen again ???

The Newport-vs-East Carter game might be a good place to be. In the Stands, on the Salt Flats, or on the steps with Mr. Alford and the gang. :thumb:

Beechwood is just to good this time of the year, they will be at their best and so will the "Wizzard of Beechwood", look for the Beechies to show everyone throughout the state that they are on another mission. B-34 LCA-17 (Good Luck Both Teams)

This is the way I see it, New Cath has the edge in the passing game, Bellevue would have the edge in the rushing department, Specialties, Coaching, and Home Field Advantage is about even, that brings us to Defense, and Depth that would have to go New Cath. Franklin County has had a wonderful year (Congradulations). But when you come to Fort Thomas this time of the year, you better be ready to play one of the finest football programs in the state, it's tradition, the Bluebirds will be at their best, the coaching will be at its finest, and the whole City will be at the game. With all the great games being played in Northern KY. this Friday, for a neutral high school football fan, Where's the best place to be ???

Look for The Wildcats to really open the Offense up, with the speedster James Glenn back and the way this Wilfong youngman is playing, thats going to be a pretty good 1-2 punch.
