It would be probably the toughest year to get past GRC but hopefully the 3rd time is the charm in Scotts favor. I would love it to be Scott vs GRC in the regional final because I honestly think these are the 2 best, deepest, and most well coached teams in the region.:ylsuper:

Yeah if Scott hits just one of the two free throws they are playing in the Regional Championship. The year before Preston Knowles grabbed the ball of the rim took it coast to coast and shot a lay-up to win the game as time expired. That was two years in a row GRC squeaked past the Eagles but in March the name of the game is "Survive and Advance!"

Nikola is the only player who is foreign. He is from Bosnia but he has lived in the states for most of his life and has gone to Scott for all 4 years. This group will only go as far as the seniors take them. Coach Carr could easily have 5 seniors starting this year but I think the only true point guard on the team is Smith. Ej could play point but he is more of a 2 guard. Look for the Eagles to run and gun like every other year.

Hagfors? Wow very suprised by this. What does Hagfors do that Coach Carr likes so much? Im not expecting Hiller to start because of his injury buy why not Niederreger (sp?)? I think Jake is better than Hagfors. Nothing against Stefan because the kid can flat out shoot but i dont know if the confidence is there yet but i guess this is how you build confidence is during scrimmages. And i sure wouldn't second guess what Coach Carr decides.

Way to go Seniors and Eagles. They dished it all out tonight rushing td's, passing td's (i think 2 all year), special teams td's. Very exciting game to go to if you were an Eagle fan. The wind was brutal and very cold but the Eagles took care of business and spoiled someones senior night. Congrats on the season Seniors this team went as far as you guys took them. Tough break missing the playoffs but its not the end of the world you guys battled it out all year. Good luck Reyes, Bruner, Oz, Boyd and rest of Seniors on whereever life takes you. Returning players, theres a bitter taste in your mouth to get back to the playoffs so the off season starts today and remember hard work will pay off. Don't know much about Henry Co. this year except that their quarterback is phenominal. I think HC will come pumped up for this game after taking that bus ride to Taylor Mill last year and getting pounded. Hope the best for Scott and the Seniors and would love to see the seniors end their career with a win. Leave it all out there cause this is most of your guys last football game ever. Very suprised about this. I talked to his dad back in August and he was 100% sure he wasn't going to play. Wow thought he would focus on getting stronger and work on his baseball game.

I never said they are better than these two teams I said they could play with anyone. But I do think they are better than Trinity and right behind X.

Very impressive for Highlands to just walk all over a big 6A school like this. Highlands I think could play with anyone in the state of KY.

I could of told you Miles was going to be outstanding back when he played for the Raiders. This kid can absolutely play and he's extremely fast.

Reyes was an absolute monster tonight. Im not taking anything away from his or Scott for the victory but Ludlow was not very good. The seniors from Scott go out on a win at home and now have to travel to Henry Co. who is a very good team with an outstanding QB. Good luck next week boys and bring a W back to NKY to end your season.
