Kyle Bolin will be a good one. Kyle and St.X JR Daylen Hall played baseball together for a few years in Lexington for the Kentucky Bobcats. Kyle will be a D-1 prospect. I will watch is progress with great interest.

St.Xavier 28 Lexington Catholic 17 Tough road game before the Cincy X game.

Your center is a natural Tackle, that was moved to Guard, now moved to Center. Christian Paulino is a solid football player.

Nice win for the Tigers. Lamont McMurray gives St.X legit speed at WR. McMurray had several big gains at crucial moments. Buehner played solid all night long. Daylen Hall led the special teams with a 52yd punt return for a TD. K/P Wyatt Gray pinned Ballard deep the entire game. Gray has the best leg I have seen at the high school level. St.X defense had no answer for Ballard WR #1. You can't play 8-10yds off a 6'3" WR. You gotta get in his chest. Outside of that, I was very impressed with the St.X defense. St.X looked much improved this week from the first two scrimmages.

Look for St.Xavier QB Brian Buehner to throw his name into the hat for Mr.Football honors. He "potentially" could have the fastest group of receivers in the state. Buehner's running ability makes him lethal outside the pocket. I look for this kid to put up huge numbers this season.

Preps is a major player. I like seeing the excuses roll in at about 11:00pm on Friday nights. Good stuff!

This game will be much closer than most people think. Ballard has some nice talent. Plus already having a game under their belt will help. We will find out alot about St.X Friday night.
