Ironton may be a better team over all, but when friday rolles around great teams can fall to good teams any giving night. You can't measure a man's heart when him and 10 other guys want it more. I welcome Ironton in the putnam to see if they have what it takes. I hate to say it but the past ain't going to buy you a cup of coffee game night. Ashland will fair better then Ironton this year because of the awesome D. Ashland wins 16-14 over Ironton.

Come on now, under Coach Holcomb who went 98-99 12-2 and 11-2 with out Coach Chapman. I see your point Coach C. is a awesome coach and Pike Cent. will be a better program under his leadership, but Coach Holcomb did not get to where he is at with out some great coaching of his own. Breathitt Co. will be fine the season is not over with yet. Watch for a Bobcat run in the playoffs this year.

Come on Raceland is 1-3 not 3-7 that is a myth. The Rams will not fall apart, it just takes time getting the younger starters on the team up to speed. My thinking is I feel sorry for the teams they play next. This team will rally behind there coachs and come out fighting, in that they will make a late season run.

Russell will be fine, I still see the redevils making a big run in playoffs.

Ashland played a sound game for the most part, ground game looked good, but the passing still needs some work.

This could be the best West Carter team in a long time folks.

Wow, I am going to have to rethink about Greenup Co. football team this year, Carter will make a big in pact not just on the team, but the distict title run this year.

East Carter wins this game most of the time, but this year West Carter may be the better team, West Carter wins 22-20 over East Carter.

Wburg just needs to get healthy, they can still win there distict with help.

Breathitt Co. at 1-2 should not be there at this time of the season.

This game needs to be played, Fort Knox will not be down to much longer I promise you that. Even FC has had some down years 1998-2001 0-10, 1-9, 1-9, and 3-7. You all think they should have stop the game then.

Look out for Boyd Co. they are better then most people think right now. It would not suprise me if they had a late season run like Greenup Co. did in '07.

Some are saying this is the best West Carter team that Coach Brown has had to date, is there any turth to this? Can West Carter make a run for the distict title?

You are right Painter, the Tomcats have a very fast Defensive and that is why I say Russell may not score at all in this game.

You guys are nuts! AC wins this one, I hate to say it this ain't the same old Allen Cent. football team. Allen Cent. wins 44-42 over the Green.

Russell is the Team of the decade for this part of the state, but this year all that does not matter. Ashland is the better team, but if Russell upsets them it will be worth watching twice. The Tomcats I think will win it, if they come to play.
